- Do I need comps, bids, or rent rolls? No. Refpro estimates values, rehab costs, and rents from the property address and project details; you can override any estimate.
- Does Refpro replace an appraiser or lender underwriting? No. It provides AI-assisted estimates and planning tools; official valuations need a licensed appraiser and lenders do their own underwriting.
- Can I export to PDF, Word, and Excel? Yes — Pro and Elite plans include one-click PDF, editable Word, and Excel exports.
- What property types are supported? Residential investment: single-family through fourplex, plus small new construction (1-4 units).
